Atlas insurance is a popular series of travel medical insurance plans. Atlas insurance primarily falls into two categories:
- Travel including USA: Atlas America, Atlas Essential America, Atlas Premium America
- Travel excluding USA: Atlas International, Atlas Essential International, Atlas Premium International

Home country for WorldTrips means- If you are a U.S. citizen, your home country is the United States, regardless of the location of your principal residence. If you are not a U.S. citizen, your country is the country where you principally reside and receive regular mail.
Additionally, Atlas Essential America lacks the following benefits:
- Travel- Emergency reunion, Return of minor children, Trip interruption, Loss of checked luggage
- Life- Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
- Other- Hospital indemnity, Natural disaster benefit
